Every membership includes 24/7 gym access and professional coaching through our small group Olympic Weightlifting classes

WHAT HAPPENS IN A CLASS?

  • 2 hours
  • Coach-led dynamic warmup
  • Movement-specific warmup (snatch + clean & jerk)
  • Follow your own program of have a coach write you one for that day
  • Live coaching and technical feedback on your lifts

BEGINNER FRIENDLY!

  • New lifters are scaled back to their ability level
  • Snatch + Clean & Jerk may be broken down into segments before being put together fully
  • Our gym is great for high level competitive lifters, but is designed to build them from scratch

HOW COACHING WORKS


Coaching is provided only during the classes you sign in to on Wodify.

If you are not signed into class you are still welcome to train but coaching is reserved for active class participants

This includes technique feedback, lift by lift cues, and coaching attention during class

Class attendance is tracked through Wodify to ensure fairness and consistency
