The Lionheart Open
USAW Sanctioned Weightlifting Meet in St. Louis
The Lionheart Open is an annual USA Weightlifting sanctioned weightlifting meet in St. Louis, hosted at Lionheart Weightlifting on S. Kingshighway. Open to lifters of every level — from first-time competitors to national qualifiers — across all age groups and weight classes. Our next meet is November 21, co-hosted with the Lindenwood University weightlifting team.
