NEW HERE?
Start with a beginner class
Our Beginner Olympic Weightlifting class runs Tuesdays + Saturdays and last one hour. This class is built for people who have never even tried a snatch or clean & jerk. Coaches break all the lifts into segments and scale to what you’re currently capable of. Because newer athletes need more attention this class is limited to just 3 sign-ins on a first come first serve basis. Sign-ins are secured on our Wodify free trial link or for members through their wodify app. Complete beginners should choose a beginner class rather than a team training session so you can get the attention you need.

Can’t make a class?
You still have the gym.
Every Lionheart Weightlifting membership includes 24/7 access. You’ll get the door code so you can use the gym whenever is convenient for you. Most of our members take advantage of both our 24/7 access and our class times, a few classes per week to get coached up and a few workouts on their own. Our Team Programming membership makes sure you have a plan even if our coaches aren’t there.
