FAQ

COMMON QUESTIONS

Does my athlete need Olympic Weightlifting Experience?
No. Junior Lions is a general strength & conditioning program, open to any middle or high schooler ages 12-18 who wants to build athletic strength.

Is there a commitment?
No. Memberships are month to month with no contract and no registration fee — start any week, cancel anytime. Athletes who want expanded coaching hours can move to a regular gym membership whenever they’re ready.

What if a class is canceled?
Danny and Stella cover for each other when needed; if neither can make it that session is refunded

Does this program include the olympic lifts?
The program is scaled to the ability level of the athlete. If they are proficient at the basic patterns olympic lifts will be included.

Can my athlete train once a week during their season?
Yes. Once a week is enough to build and keep strength through a heavy season, and plenty of athletes move up to twice a week in the off-season. The 12-session pack works the same way if their schedule is unpredictable.
